Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in evaluating and streamlining processes and communications across globally distributed teams in software engineering, customer support, and enablement. I have worked in diverse sectors such as SaaS, startups, education, and nonprofit tech. Additionally, I actively contribute as a volunteer and mentor in open source, open access, and civic tech communities.

My expertise includes strategizing and executing technical documentation content plans and guiding the development of developer and customer portals through customer journey mapping and information architecture.
